In-Stock Products

In-stock products are usually on the website with a lead time of 'usually dispatched within 24 hours (stock dependent)'. This means we have them in our office stockroom and can be picked and packed there and then. For larger orders of 100+ units, it might be worth calling before placing your order to double-check current stock levels will fulfill your needs.

Made-to-Order Products

Made-to-order products normally have a longer lead time with days or weeks stated. This is due to the item being manufactured to order as size, colour, fit, orientation etc can vary depending on your requirements. Order acknowledgements are sent closer to the time of delivery to confirm a more accurate week commencing or week ending date.

  • Ranges from FREE to £30.00 + VAT

Important to Know

Items such as locker stands, seat stands, replacement doors, and sloping tops are not available for residential delivery. These products are sent via 40ft articulated lorries, which require ample space for parking and unloading and may arrive palletised. Delivery is kerbside only, meaning the driver will not move goods beyond the drop-off point.

We advise having someone available between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday, to accept and move the items upon arrival, as they will not be left unattended. If your order is going to a residential address, our team will contact you to arrange a refund or discuss changing the delivery address to a suitable commercial location.

Click & Collect

We don’t currently offer an online click and collect option, however if you’re local to Snetterton, Norfolk, you’re more than welcome to give us a call to check stock availability and then collect your item(s) in person. This is a great way to save on delivery charges and get your order same-day!

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my delivery arrive?

Delivery times depend on the lead time shown on the product page when you placed your order.

  • Stock items are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12pm, Monday to Thursday.
  • Items showing a lead time in days or weeks are made to order and will be shipped directly from our supplier once ready.

You’ll receive a formal order acknowledgement closer to dispatch, confirming an estimated week commencing or week ending delivery date.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

If your order is for an item that’s dispatched within 24 hours, we’ll start processing it quickly — so changing the delivery address more than an hour after placing your order may not be possible. For items with a longer lead time, we’re usually able to update your delivery address within 2 days of ordering. After this point, your order may already be in production or scheduled with our supplier, so changes might not be guaranteed.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

If your order was in stock and delivered by DPD, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item(s) so we can arrange a replacement or resolution with the courier. For bespoke or made-to-order items delivered directly from our supplier, please mark the delivery as ‘unchecked’ when signing for it and report any damage to us within 24 hours of delivery.

Can I track my order?

If your order is being sent via DPD, you’ll receive tracking details and a tracking code, along with an estimated delivery time once your parcel has been dispatched. For any orders coming directly from our suppliers, tracking isn’t always available — in these cases, please contact us and we’ll provide the most accurate update we can.

Can I change the day of my delivery?

If you’ve ordered sooner than you realised, we can usually delay or push back your delivery by a few days or weeks — just let us know as soon as possible. However, earlier delivery dates are extremely unlikely, as the lead times shown on our website are kept up to date and follow the manufacturer’s production schedule and first-come first-served order.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

With most of our couriers, if a delivery attempt is missed, a redelivery charge will apply. This is because the courier will need to rebook and reattempt delivery, which incurs an additional cost. To avoid this, we always recommend ensuring someone is available to accept delivery on the expected date, or providing clear instructions if delivery access is limited.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Yes, we can deliver to Northern Ireland, but this would need to be quoted for over email rather than ordered online. Please contact us with the items and quantities you’re interested in, and we’ll provide a custom delivery quote.

Do you deliver outside of the UK?

We don’t currently offer delivery outside of the UK. However, if you’re based overseas and have received a quotation by email, it will be priced ex works, meaning you can arrange your own collection at a time that suits you once your order is ready.
