We sell our products through:

Our prices may change from time to time. The prices shown on our website are always the most up to date. Any printed or quoted prices may differ depending on when they were produced. If a price has changed since you placed your order, we’ll let you know before processing it. In the rare event of a pricing error, please refer to clause 11.
VAT
All prices shown exclude VAT at the current UK rate. VAT will be included at the checkout stage.
Locker Parts Direct is part of the Lockertek Group. Our VAT number is GB 213785408.
Payment
All goods are sold on a payment-with-order basis. Payment must be made in full before your order is processed.
We accept most major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal for online orders.
Credit accounts may be available for approved trade customers, schools, or local authorities under separate terms.
Dispatching Your Order
Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability.
For items shipped direct from the manufacturer, delivery times vary depending on the supplier. Estimated lead times are shown on each product page and are quoted in working days (Monday–Friday).
If your order includes both stocked and supplier-delivered items, your order may be split and shipped separately.
We may share your contact and delivery details with our supplier to ensure your delivery is arranged smoothly.
Delivery
We deliver across the UK. Standard delivery is handled by trusted national couriers (90% of the time DPD), typically arriving within 1–2 working days.
Deliveries to remote areas such as the Highlands, Islands, or Northern Ireland may take longer.
Premium or timed delivery options are sometimes available at checkout. If your selected option isn’t available for your location, we’ll let you know and refund any delivery surcharge.
Receiving Orders
All deliveries must be signed for unless we have your written authorisation to leave the goods unattended. Once signed for, the goods become your responsibility.
Availability
We aim to keep our core range in stock at all times. However, during periods of high demand, certain items may temporarily go out of stock. If this happens, we’ll contact you to advise of any delays or suitable alternatives.

Cancellation
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund (including delivery charges) within 14 days.
Once an order has been dispatched or is in production, cancellation may not be possible.
Bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
For items sent direct from the supplier, cancellation requests may need to be confirmed with them first. If cancellation isn’t possible, you may still return the goods following our Returns & Cancellation Policy.
Returns & Refunds
We want you to be confident when buying from Locker Parts Direct.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return unused, undamaged stock items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unmarked, and in original packaging.
- All included parts and accessories must be returned.
- Proof of purchase may be required.
Postage costs will only be refunded for items that are faulty, damaged, or sent in error.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Exclusions
Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made, cut, or personalised items
- Locks keyed alike or specially keyed to order
- Electrical items that have been fitted or used
- Items supplied direct from a manufacturer (unless pre-authorised)
For supplier-delivered products, please contact us to arrange a collection or replacement.
Quality & Warranty
If a product develops a fault due to defective materials or workmanship, please contact us.
We’ll work with you and the manufacturer to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Pricing or Description Errors
We do our best to ensure all product information and prices are correct.
If we make a mistake, we’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm whether you’d like to continue with the order or receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including strikes, courier issues, supplier delays, power outages, or extreme weather conditions.
We’ll always do our best to minimise any disruption and keep you informed.
