In-Stock Products

Returns are accepted provided the item(s) are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. If the goods are not returned in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return carriage. A refund will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected.

Timeframe: Customers have 14 days from date of delivery to return.

Made-to-Order Products

Because most of our locker products are made to order and shipped directly from the factory, returns can only be accepted if the goods are damaged on arrival, or the goods have been manufactured incorrectly.

To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging and accessories. We may request photographic evidence before processing your claim.

Timeframe: Please make us aware within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Return an Item

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. If you’d like to make a return, please contact us on 01953 718221 with your order details so we know to expect your parcel. You’ll need to arrange your own return postage — we recommend using Royal Mail or DPD — and send the item(s) back to our address securely packaged and in their original condition.

How to Cancel an Order

To cancel an order, please contact us on 01953 718221 within 1 hour of placing your order to ensure it hasn’t already been processed. Once orders enter our dispatch system, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations, so it’s best to contact us as soon as possible. For items being delivered directly from the supplier, we may need to contact them first to confirm whether your order can be cancelled.

Our Refund Process

If you have requested a refund for your returned item, it will be made to the payment method you used originally. Refunds will be processed once the item has been returned and verified to check its condition.

How long do I have to return an item?

In line with your legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any in-stock item for a refund, provided the item(s) are unused, in their original packaging, and in “as new” condition.

What if my order has already been processed or dispatched?

Once your order has been processed or dispatched, changes are unlikely to be possible, as production may already be underway or your order may have been handed over to the courier for delivery.

Can I return a custom or made-to-order item?

Unfortunately, custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. As these products are bespoke and tailored specifically to your requirements, they cannot be resold.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

If your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence before processing a refund and/or arranging a replacement.

How long do refunds usually take?

Refunds typically take 3 to 5 working days to appear back on your original payment method. If this time has passed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us so we can look into it for you.
